01 EXT NORTH STAIRWELL/KEVIN'S SUICIDE
MY SCHOOL III ENDING FLASHBACK
The ghost of Kevin's mother scolds and forces Kevin to take a leap from the top of the stairwell as punishment for killing all those people. Kevin falls down the stairs, and apparently dies. His body vanishes.

02 VTR MAIN TITLES
The main title appears on the screen, with a green title and a white subtitle. The beginning of Iron Maiden's "The Number of The Beast" is played.

03 EXT JOHN G. DIEFENBAKER HIGH SCHOOL, FRONT
Kevin appears in front of the school, showing off a new body. It is a month after the last massacre. He has returned from Hell to kill people at the school again. Kevin makes his way to the southeast entrance of the school.

04 INT SCHOOL HALLWAYS
Kevin stalks the hallways of the school. Before he can begin his next killing rampage, he needs to find his Skeleton Mask, which he apparently stowed away the last time he was here. (My School III) He walks towards the library, where the Mask is located. He continues to exhibit a strong hatred towards the students of the school.

05 INT LIBRARY, RELIGIOUS SECTION
Kevin enters the library and pulls a Bible out of a shelf. He flips through the Bible at a nearby table. Hidden at the back of the Bible is a new Skeleton Mask, this one made out of rubber. He puts it on. He is ready to kill!

06 INT LIBRARY, SOCIAL SCIENCES SECTION/LAUREN'S DEATH
Lauren is looking for a book to do his report on. Kevin comes up behind him, still holding the Bible. He whacks it down over Lauren's head. Lauren falls to the ground. Kevin pulls out a sharp knife and slits it across the back of Lauren's neck. His first victim!

07 INT MEN'S WASHROOM/DAVID'S DEATH
David Notaeb is washing his hands in the sink. Kevin enters the washroom and tugs David backwards by the hair and pulls him into one of the toilet stalls. Kevin dunks David's head repeatedly and drowns him. Kevin leaves.

08 INT MEN'S WASHROOM/ERIC'S DISCOVERY
Eric comes into the very same washroom and takes a leak. On the way out, he sights David's corpse. He freaks out, and runs to go tell the school principal.

09 INT SCHOOL HALLWAYS/ERIC'S DEATH
Eric runs out of the washroom. Kevin pops up. Eric sees Kevin and runs off. Kevin chases Kevin through the halls of the school. Eric arrives at a dead end and screams. Kevin twists Eric's head around.

10 INT HALLWAY NEAR GRAPHIC ARTS AREA
Kevin heads down into the lower level of the school. He can smell someone approaching. He hides behind a locker as a girl approaches. He jumps out and slashes a knife across her throat. She falls. Kevin admires the bloody knife.

11 INT LIBRARY
The next day, Kevin reads from the Bible in the library. Nobody notices anything odd about him, because he isn't wearing his mask. He decides to go downstairs and find somebody to kill.

12 INT SCHOOL HALLWAYS/TRAVIS' DEATH
Downstairs, Kevin puts his mask on. Travis comes in from the outside and walks through the school. Kevin follows him slowly. Travis senses that someone is behind him and turns around. Kevin quickly ducks into a doorway. Travis makes his way towards the Southwest exit of the school.

13 EXT SOUTHWEST DOOR OF SCHOOL, ALCOVE
Travis lights up a cigarette beside the school wall. Kevin comes out the door and beats up Travis, knocking him to the ground. Kevin pulls out a pocket knife and slits open Travis' chest. Then he stabs Travis in the face with a broken fluorescent light tube. He leaves.

14 INT DRINKING FOUNTAIN
Kevin washes the blood off the fluorescent light tube at the nearest drinking fountain. The day is done.

15 INT CHEMISTRY ROOM/KEENER'S DEATH
The next day afterschool, a keener chemistry student goes into the chemistry room to do his homework. Kevin slips into the room and bashes the student over the head with a chair, shattering his skull.

16 INT CHEMISTRY ROOM/GHOST REVENGE
The ghost of Rusty appears in front of Kevin. (He was killed in My School III.) He wants revenge, and attempts to kill Kevin. Kevin prays to his father in Hell to be saved, which causes the ghost to disappear.

17 INT SCHOOL HALLWAYS
Kevin leaves the chemistry room and goes upstairs. He considers pulling the fire alarm, but changes his mind. He makes his way upstairs to the Humanities area.

18 INT HUMANITIES AREA/SEMINAR ROOMS
Kevin ducks into a small seminar room to hide. Looking out the window of the doorway, he sees Jim (last seen in My School III.) Kevin is surprised that Jim is still alive. Jim makes his way into another seminar room. Kevin comes out of his room and follows.

19 INT SEMINAR ROOM/JIM ELECROCUTION
Jim has resorted to smoking drugs after the horrific events of My School III. Kevin comes into the small seminar room. Jim offers Kevin some of his drugs. Kevin grabs Jim and throws him against some bare electric wires sticking out of the wall. Jim is electrocuted. Kevin waves goodbye to Jim before leaving.

20 INT HUMANITIES AREA
Kevin writes a threatening message on the chalkboard and makes plans for taking over the world. He heads towards the library.

21 INT LIBRARY ENTRANCE/SOCIAL STUDIES AREA
Kevin sights Esther walking out of the library. He follows her to the Social Studies area. She sits at a desk to do her homework and sets her purse down beside her. Kevin finds her attractive. He sneaks up and grabs the purse beside her. He wraps the purse strap around her neck and begins strangling her with it. She dies. Kevin hides, because he hears someone approaching. It is Faiza, another girl. She sights Esther's body and picks up the phone to call for help. Kevin pops up and strangles Faiza with the phone cord.

22 INT LIBRARY, AUDIO-VISUAL AREA/ROB'S DEATH
Rob is making a film with the library's ancient video camera entitled "Monster Mummy Vs. Big Blue". Kevin enters the scene and strangles Rob. Kevin takes the video camera and makes a movie of Rob's dead body. He then leaves.

23 INT LIBRARIAN'S OFFICE
The librarian, Mrs. Unruh, is talking on the telephone about the killings at the school. She is most upset.

24 INT NORTH STAIRWELL/HOLLY'S FALL
Holly runs into Kevin at the top of the stairwell. She recognizes him. He grabs her and pushes her over the railing. She falls to her death. Kevin admires her.

24 INT MATH CLASSROOM/ROD & SEAN'S DEATHS
Afterschool the next day, Rod comes into a math classroom to do his homework. Kevin is already in the room, waiting. He puts his mask on and walks on the tops of the desks towards Rod. He kicks Rod in the head and stabs a pen into Rod's forehead. Sean enters the room and finds Rod's corpse. Kevin jumps down on Sean and slashes his throat with a sharp knife.

25 INT MATH CLASSROOM/GHOST ATTACK
Three ghosts of Kevin's victims appear in the classroom and attack him: Lauren, Rusty and Faiza. Lauren hits Kevin with a metre stick and Faiza stabs him with a protractor. Kevin has his father remove the ghosts once again, but he's injured badly.

26 INT BIOLOGY ROOM/HALLWAY
Kevin steals a dissecting frog from the biology room and slips it into a plastic bag. He brings the frog towards the men's washroom.

27 INT MEN'S WASHROOM/FROG EATING
Kevin plays with the dead frog. He calls it Kermit and tosses it around. He stabs a pen into it. He feels hungry and eats the frog.

28 INT HALLWAY NEAR GRAPHIC ARTS AREA
Kevin stops at a fountain and plays the catching game with the water. He walks decides to enter the art room.

29 INT CRAFT ARTS ROOM
Murray is working on an art project afterschool. Kevin enters and pinches Murray's arm with a pair of pliers. Murray screams and runs. Kevin beats down on Murray's head with a rolling pin. Murray thinks Kevin wants his money and offers it to him. Kevin turns on a grinding machine and pushes Murray's face into it. Kevin leaves.

30 INT ART AREA, VICE
Kevin admires a vice in the art area. Suddenly, a ghostly force grabs Kevin's hand and throws it into the vice. The force tightens the vice, crushing Kevin's hand. Kevin regains control and pulls his hand out. It is a bloody mess.

31 INT LOCKER 666
Kevin finds locker 666 and tries to break into it. The ghostly force won't let him open the locker. Kevin gets angry and leaves.

32 INT SMALL GYMNASIUM
Sheri enters the small gym to do her daily workout. Kevin attacks her and throws her against the wall. He wraps a chain around her neck and chokes her. Kevin lets her fall to the ground. He rolls her body over with his kicking foot. Sheri's workout partner, Kathy enters the small gym. She sees the body of Sheri and freaks out. Kevin runs in and grabs Kathy. He throws her down onto some gym mats. He hits a wooden bat against the side of her head, cracking it open. Kevin leaves.

33 INT KEVIN'S LAST STAND
Kevin enters the men's washroom to urinate all the blood he has drank. Four ghosts of Kevin's victims pop up from the toilet stalls and attack Kevin. (Rusty, Travis, Lafe, Jim and David.) They beat the heck out of Kevin. Kevin begs his father to help him, but nothing happens. The David-Ghost rips off Kevin's mask, revealing his face. Without his mask, he has little power. The ghost of Lauren appears to deliver a final death blow with his metre stick. Kevin dies. With their revenge complete, the ghosts can now go to heaven. Kevin and his mask vanish.
